Steps to reproduce:

I added two more zoho.com eMail account a few weeks ago.  My "Inbox" displays eMail only from the original three gmail.com accounts.  The two new ones are in the "properties" to be displayed, but do not display. 

If I set only the mail zoho to be displayed, it does.  If I add back any of the original gMail accounts to be displayed, I only see the gmail account(s).

Interesting, "inbox" does count up the unread messages from all five accounts.

No.  They are all separate folders.  No inbox sharing

How do you choose which/whether emails are displayed or not?

Right click on master "Inbox", left click on "properties", left click on "Choose" button, left click on inboxes for desired eMail accounts.  If you only select the two zoho account, both zoho accounts will show in the master inbox.  As soon as you select any one of the three gmail accounts, only the gmail accounts will appear.  

Also as noted, if all five account inboxes are selected, the unread mails will total up correctly in the master Inbox, even when the zoho accounts will not show in the master Inbox.

Picture worth thousand words.  I will attach what it looks like.  (In the picture, the unread do not add up but that will clear up as I go through me eMail.)

1) right click on inbox, left click on "Properties"
2) click on "choose"
3) select "inboxes" to show up in the master inbox.
