(Whiteboard: DUPME Bug 736811?)

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686; rv:13.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/13.0 Build ID: 20120608025450 Steps to reproduce: This may be related to #736811. System: Linux CRAY 3.3.8-1-ARCH #1 SMP PREEMPT Tue Jun 5 13:24:07 UTC 2012 i686 GNU/Linux Firefox: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686; rv:13.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/13.0 After updating to 13.0 i started to get problem with mouse cursor changing to a drag&drop cursor and stopping responding. I can't click anywhere inside or outside Firefox window. I can however move it around. It get's back to normal when I close all Firefox windows. Either by using alt+f4 etc. or by issuing kill command in a terminal. It happened in safe mode as well. I though that this might be window manager related bug, but it happens on other ones also. I tested it on Xfwm and metacity. Steps to reproduce: 1. Open Firefox with some tabs open - count doesn't seem to matter as far as tabs bar is visible. If tabs bar is hidden with only one tab open, then open another one to show tabs bar. 2. Start to repeatedly drag one tab and release it as fast as you can. Dragging it for few pixels should suffice. Sometimes it happens instantly, sometimes one have to try few times to do it. This also happened to me in other situation: when I tried to quickly access bookmars menu. Probably also started a drag&drop, but somehow it didn't stop after releasing mouse button. This one however I can't reproduce - happened at random. Actual results: Mouse cursor stays as "drag&drop" cursor and stops responding to anything except moving it around. Expected results: Mouse cursor should return to normal.
I am able to reproduce the same problem on Xubuntu 12.04 in Firefox safe-mode. Problem is reproduced better when off option View -> Toolbars -> Tabs on Top. It's pretty annoying when you can not reliably use drag and drop tab to its release (to a separate window) and then you have to kill whole firefox due to "lock" mouse cursor.
This has even sneaked into SeaMonkey now (2.10.1 is based upon Firefox Core 13.0.x).

Ever confirmed: true
This is probably a DUP of Bug 736811 - Mouse occasionally changes to drag cursor and the mouse buttons stop functioning.
