Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:13.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/13.0.1
Build ID: 20120614114901
Steps to reproduce:
Loaded http://www.westcorkgenealogy.com/images/colrathbarry.gif
Actual results:
The background is rendered black in Firefox 13.0.1 instead of white, making the included text unreadable.
Expected results:
IE 9 and Chrome render the background correctly (white).
I tested and your bug is already fixed in FF15 (Aurora) and FF16 (Nightly).
So it's a dupe. :)

I can see the issue with Firefox 13.0.1 on the same system
