NEW TABS set up in FIREFOX 13 does NOT "PIN" my selections. When I click the PIN box -top LEFT corner- the page disappears -just as if I had clicked the DELETE ("X") box.

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; rv:13.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/13.0 Build ID: 20120601045813 Steps to reproduce: I set various pages (often used, though OTHER pages get visited more often sometimes that I do NOT NEED here) to this NEW TAB's set-up. I came back and changed a few -then attempted to PIN tem (u.l. corner PIN icon/box). Actual results: Instead of "pinning" or remaining on new tab, in supposedly now stabilized, "pinned" status - the selected section (1/9 of page section containing URL page snapshot) DISAPPEARED -as if I had DELETED (u.r. "X" box) it. This is happening regularly now and makes the feature useless. Expected results: My selection should have REMAINED -in now PINNED state.
Your WAY TOO SOON ISSUED) Firefox 13.01 update info page did NOT mention this bug, nor sate that it addresses it as a FIX. You folks NEED to be more THOROUGH on EACH release - then you would not be caught up in the endless cycle of releasing a half-baked (not THOROUGHLY tested and retested) update version so VERY often. 13 is what? 2 weeks old or less? 13.01 is here. WHY? Because 13 came out with ridiculous problems, SLOW DOWN: get a FULL and COMPLETE version update every 60 (better 90) days that has THOROUGHLY covered all found glitches/bugs and anomolies. This current method of rushing out of trouble...therefor, inevitably ALWAYS into MORE trouble is unique to Firefox (as far as I know). EVERYTHING else about Firefox is SUPREME -Your undisciplined knee-jerk version update Release method is seriously dragging down the product. I look forward to a (SOON please?) day when you folks take the leap and begin releasing your updates with efficiency and thorough testing on various systems. THANKS!

This bug is old and the issue cannot be replicated in any current version of Firefox. Loci's comment suggests this may have been an invalid bug. Thanks to sir_none for spotting it.
