765525 - api-utils/window/utils examples doesn't work

[Wes Kocher (:KWierso) (Not reading bugmail; email directly if needed)]

The example code shown for the getXULWindow function doesn't run.
I get this in the error console:

Looks like getBaseWindow() is also undefined:
