Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:13.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/13.0
Build ID: 20120601202027

Steps to reproduce:

The first time after starting Firefox, I navigated to the bookmarks menu and selected (hovered) a bookmark folder. Then, while the selected folder was not yet opened, I moved the mouse to another bookmark folder.

This happens on a system with Ubuntu 11.10 with Unity desktop. I did not observe this behavior on my Windows system.

Actual results:

The first folder was selected and opened, the second folder was not selected. After moving the mouse, correct behavior resumes (i.e. the menu items under the mouse were selected).

Expected results:

The second folder (with the mouse hovering over it) should have been selected and opened.
This might be something related to the Unity menu system. However, I'm not seeing what you are seeing. Would it be possible to take a screencast of the problem? Can you also try with the latest Nightly to see if it reproduces?
