Details

After opening the bookmarks view ("awesome screen"), the "top sites" tab is selected and the soft keyboard is shown. When scrolling the list now, the soft keyboard will fade away. During this time, the list already scrolls but somehow gets blurry. If you just click the list and don't scroll (much) until the keyboard is hidden, everything is smooth. While the problem only happens for a fraction of a second, I still find it very distracting.
You're using Ice Cream Sandwhich? It's the holo-theme's list view selector (I think) fade transition. I don't think there's any way to alter this as it's part of the operating system.
