Extension name: Skype Click To Call
Extension UUID: {82af8dca-6de9-405d-bd5e-43525bdad38a}
Extension versions to block: 6.0.0.10201
Applications, versions, and platforms affected: Windows
Block severity: hard

Reasons: bug 762062
I've checked this against staging and I can see the i93 entry after I force-ping the staging server, and the description matches the "Skype Click To Call" add-on I have installed. However, there's no effect. There's no dialog to disable the add-on.

I've tried triggering the blocklist ping manually through the error console as well as using the Timer Fire extension. Again, the blocklist entry is there, but the add-on is not disabled.
In case this helps, here are a couple of relevant entries in the error console after I enabled logging:

Blocklist::notify: Requesting https://addons-dev.allizom.org/blocklist/3/%7Bec8030f7-c20a-464f-9b0e-13a3a9e97384%7D/13.0.1/Firefox/20120614114901/WINNT_x86-msvc/en-US/release/Windows_NT%206.1/default/default/invalid/invalid/0/

Blocklist state for {82AF8DCA-6DE9-405D-BD5E-43525BDAD38A} changed from 0 to 0
Which version of the extension do you have installed? The latest version shouldn't be blocked, only version 6.0.0.10201.
Skype believes they have a fix, and plan to fix shortly - we can reopen if bug 762062 isn't resolved over the next week.
