If D2D is on, scrolling the comment section of this page is laggy: http://www.lifehacker.com.au/2012/06/browser-speed-tests-chrome-19-firefox-13-internet-explorer-9-opera-11-64/

Turning of D2D resolves the problem.

STR:
1. Open the given page
2. Make sure D2D is on and working
3. Try scrolling the comment section at the bottom of the page and observe the lag
