People asking a question don't need a canned responses feature. Actually, they're likely to click it as they might find the icon 'interesting'. As it's not needed, let's remove it from the AAQ form.

Simple UI change. In the future, we probably want to remove the wiki toolbar from AAQ completely but that is more work.
