A concern I had when I was testing the contribute auto-response email for myself was that the "from" alias right now specifies the contribute form, which does not provide identity to the contributor interested to the specific team the interest is sent. I'd suggest modifying the auto-response from alias to the team-defined email alias and cc-ing the contribute@mozilla.org alias on auto-response emails. Suggestions to alter to this is welcome though.
