Details

To reproduce change your date back a couple years and try to log into hotmail.
A message window pops up with a title "Security Error: Security Certificate 
E...".

First of all the title of the window doesnt fit the window, and the window is 
nonresizable. Second the buttons in that window cannot be pressed. The only 
thing you can do is close the window. Then if you cover that window with another 
and then switch back you cannot see the buttons at all. they are outside the 
window somewhere, and there is no scrollbars, and the window is not resizable...
