See url, when loading that page, it doesn't stay at the top, for some reason the Youtube Flash video is scrolled into view. I've seen this happening with more pages that had Youtube Flash videos on it. This doesn't happen in Firefox Desktop (using the Fennec Uagent) or the stock browser, so I think there is a real bug here.
