Contents of forwarded (inline) email containing web page shows all HTML tags

Win32 2001-04-18-09 build

1.  Go to:
http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/showdependencytree.cgi?id=74644

2.  File | Send Page
3.  HTML compose window comes up.  Send the message to yourself.
4.  Get mail.
5.  Select the message you just sent.
6.  Forward (inline) the message to yourself.
7.  Get mail.
8.  Select the message you just forwarded.

-->  The contents of the page you forward (ie. the bug report) is not properly 
displayed.  All you will see are the HTML tags.

This has happened on other emails I have been forwarded, but the simplest case 
to put in an open source bug database is with this bug URL.

I know we've talked about this before.  I'm starting to see this a lot in the
mail I get. marking nsbeta1+ to see if there's anything we can do about this.
