xperf results are reported to autolog via 

http://hg.mozilla.org/build/talos/file/45b903369dca/talos/xtalos/mozautolog.py

Because xtalos is invoked as a subscript, it is difficult to bring
these under the umbrella of existing results parsing

One solution is to serialize the data to disc and, if there is an
e.g. xperf_autolog_url given in the configuration, posting to this
server as part of output.py with the rest of the output
autolog report is now gone and this bug is now invalid
