766629 - Mobile 1-off Firefox & You HTML email template slicing

To support the mobile launch, we have an email template we're working on for mobile that will need to be sliced.  Like all of our email templates, please take email html / css restraints into consideration.  

- inline css 
- use tables for layout
- Err toward table nesting when possible. (Table nesting is far more reliable than setting left and right margins or padding for table cells)
- Use a container table for body background colors

Silver Orange coded the last template, so it makes sense if you want to send this to them again.

Please reference bug 755809 - we'll follow the same exact instructions

Need the template in hand by July 10. Design is being created in bug 766625

Let me know if there are any roadblocks there.
