Until bug 701506 is fixed.

http://people.mozilla.org/~jhammel/findlinks/ has most of what we need, though we don't yet have findlinks support in mozharness virtualenv (coming soon).

We also need the appropriate pywin32 installers and potentially mozinstall 1.0 depending on the outcome of bug 761809.
Talos now depends on httplib2 as well.
http://build.mozilla.org/talos/findlinks/ ; appears to work when I set the find_links config to it.
