After bug 758733, the mozmarket.js shim can be used for more than just in-app payments (https://developer.mozilla.org/en/Apps/In-app_payments)

We need to add an MDN page for developers that introduces mozmarket.js, how to include it in an app, and where to find more info about its two features:

- receipt verification
- in-app payments

In the future we may add more features. Where should this page go?

I will make the page and notify here. Can you give the rough outline and I will finish it? It needs a title, how about "Mozilla Marketplace help library"?
