i think it will be good if we can write down about Firefox support page on feedback page, also if possible we can collect user email, twitter info at the time when we collecting his/her idea, then it we can reply to him. I was looking at dasboard where we can solve there issue. Is it possible anyway?
I think your suggestions get very close to turning Input into SUMO2, which we don't want to do. There are bigger plans coming for Input.
