Currently when one is in reader mode and hits <back>, to exit out of reader-mode, one can not re-enter as the URL bar icon -- the 'book', is missing.

See screenshot of before and after.

Work-around: re-load the page.

I can reproduce this again on the latest nightly, although only on two news-site (h-online.com, heise.de) for now. These two are partner sites and share a similar implementation, which means this problem could be site-specific. Could not reproduce on other sites, though I haven't tried a lot.

STR:
1) Visit http://m.h-online.com/open/news/item/W3C-names-four-editors-to-work-on-HTML-specification-1654411.html
2) Enter reader mode
3) Go back

Expected: Reader icon visible

Actual: Reader icon missing
