We're shipping SDK 1.8 on Tuesday June 26, based on the 1.8 tag.

All of the files are up on the server already, assuming no late-breaking issues come up over the weekend, prompting us to change what the final revision will be.

SDK versions 1.5, 1.6, 1.6.1 and 1.7 should all be deprecated after 1.8 is added, as they include some serious memory leaks that have since been fixed.


I'm filing this now because I'm not going to really be available for the first few days next week due to moving. These changes shouldn't go live to Builder until after we officially announce the SDK 1.8 release on Tuesday, though it would be nice if the code could be ready for a Tuesday push to BAMO so we don't have to wait a few days after the SDK's release for Builder to add it.
