and shrink the window width.

The former starts to wrap the patch content, the latter does not and overflows.

Is this intentional? Or a known problem? Or a flag I can change or tweak?

I could not see anything obviously different in the html - maybe the iframe alters behavior?

This happens for OSX Safari and Firefox.
Not intentional, but nothing serious here. :) Must have to do with CSS inheritance.
