7673 - Edit->Preferences->Advanced rendering and function errors

In the dialog displayed by doing Edit->Preferences menu choice and then selecting
"Advanced", I observed the following anomolies:

There is an etched panel titled "cookies" that controls cookie management
options. The bottom of this etched panel is cut off. Three radio buttons and
associated text are visible. Below that, there is half a checkbox, with no
text, and the bottom of the etched panel is cut off. There are no scrollbars.

Above this, there are checkboxes for enabling/disabling various options. The
one for "javascript" does not reliably stay set; ie, if you check it and close
the preferences window, and then reopen the preferences window, it is often
(always?) unchecked. Other options, such as Java and CSS appear to function corrrectly.

bam, this is still under development and not fully developed yet.

Moving all Apprunner bugs past and present to Other component temporarily whilst
don and I set correct component.  Apprunner component will be deleted/retired
shortly.
