Luke from the MDN development team recently expressed an interest in getting a VoIP channel server set up. This would really help us, especially because most of the team is remote and because we need to have frequent contact with our users. Luke mentioned Mumble (https://www.mumbleserverhost.com/) and it looks like there is also an open-source alternative as well (http://www.voicechatter.org/).

Bumping up the priority as we hope to use this soon. Would it be possible to have this set up sometime soon, ideally by early next week?

We already have this in the way of the conference rooms in our phone system. If you're worried about users who don't have extensions on our phone system or don't want to call long distance, they can use a generic SIP client to connect to sip:confXXX@mozilla.com where XXX is the room number of the conference room they want to join.
Thanks, Dave. Luke, do you think this would work?
