File->Close on the M6 menu on the mac: "Close" is ".Close" - need to remove leading dot.

bam@dimensional.com, The dot is there to show that menu option is just a placeholder for functionality that has not yet been implemented. It is used extensively in the Editor and Mail/News. Some places also prefix placeholder menu items with an x.

Moving all Apprunner bugs past and present to Other component temporarily whilst don and I set correct component. Apprunner component will be deleted/retired shortly.
