Currently the second-level menu bar of MozTrap uses separators which are supposed to mean something, but it is not clear to me what.
------------------------------------
The two “View Results” menu’s items are, at least in a way, hierarchical
It looks like this:
Test Runs | Test Cases.
------------------------------------
The relationships between the “Manage” menu’s items are not so clear to me.
It looks like this:
Tags | Environments | Products ( Versions | Runs | Suites | Cases )
Since Versions is for “productversions”, does that mean Versions, Runs, Suites and Cases are under Products?
Since Cases are under Runs or Suites, is the list in the parenthesis hierarchical?
Since “|” is used in hierarchical lists, does it always indicate a hierarchical list?
However, the HTML structure is different: the items after Environments are under Environments:
Tags
Environments
Products
Versions
Runs
Suites
Cases
I propose that if a list is hierarchical, a directed separator like “>” or “→” is used, and, if not, it is more clear what separators like “(” mean.

Mass-closing remaining MozTrap bugs as WONTFIX, due to 1) the Mozilla-hosted instance being decommissioned (see https://wiki.mozilla.org/TestEngineering/Testrail), and, for now, 2) the still-up code archived at its GitHub page: https://github.com/mozilla/moztrap (we'll decide what's next for that, in the near future).

(If you'd like, you should be able to filter these notification emails using at least the unique string of "Sa75hV8Ywvk" in the message body.
Thanks!
