User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:13.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/13.0.1 Build ID: 20120614114901 Steps to reproduce: I tried to change my sync settings and went to the support website with intstructions. Actual results: The first instruction (for syncing but also for other issues) is something like 'click on the firefox button op top of the window'. But there WAS no such button. I have been searching for about one hour without any result. Finally I found the problem: In my Toolbar Options I had activated the Menu Toolbar. That makes the Firefox button disappear! Expected results: Even if the menu bar is activated, the Firefox button should still remain visible. Or: the wording of the instructions in the sync support and other issue support should be changed (what to do if the Firefox button is not visible?)
This is the expected behaviour of firefox, but hopefully someone will look into this.

Just search "firefox button" on the enduser support website, it takes only 10 sec. ;) https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/display-firefox-button-menu-instead-menu-toolbar
