Hi Anubhav. Thanks for taking the time to report this!
Does the problem still happen if you start Firefox in Safe Mode? (Safe Mode disables extensions and themes, hardware acceleration and some JavaScript stuff in order to exclude some possible reasons for problems. It does not disable plugins which are add-ons.) See http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode
And does this also happen with a new and empty profile? See http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Basic%20Troubleshooting#w_8-make-a-new-profile and http://support.mozilla.org/kb/Managing%20profiles .
If you still see this problem in the new profile, please enter the address "about:support" in the address bar and attach (using the "Add an attachment" link above) the output for your original profile (not the new profile), as the "Modified Preferences" section could be interesting.
Thanks for your help!
Hi Andre, Yes the problem persists with the safe mode and even in a new profile, and interesting thing is that it happens this time on bugzilla.

Does it simply happen with a clean profile after navigating to some regular sites?
If so, could you update your graphics driver and see if that makes a change?
Hi Virgil,
Will try it and update the findings, but my just concern is this that I didn't faced any such issue with 13.0 though all the FF add-on, graphics driver, flash player version remains the same.

Thanks.
When replying with findings, could you also specify on what version did you see the hangs reported in comment 0?
Hi Virgil,
I tried it with updating the drivers, but had already updated a month before so didn't find any new version. But the issue is still reproducible into a clean profile. The sites I opened were google.com, jenkins (local hosted), and support.firefox.com.

What Firefox version is this?
Could you also try a Nightly build with a clean profile and see if that works?

Also will try the nightly/branch build.

issue seems to be of flashplayer and ff compatibility, as persists with 14.x and nightly build too, but with flash 10.2 the hang rate and time is pretty less
