This is a distant future crazy dream type of goal. How about a system by which we automatically scan the source tree every once in a while (weekly, perhaps) and build a custom dictionary for the MDN spell checker that knows the names of our APIs. The could be done by poring over .h, .idl, and .jsm files and peeling out the relevant data. This would obviously be very tricky and might not be realistic, but I wanted to put it on the list of things to contemplate.
