While working on bug 767515 I noticed that there's keys on build and try masters that don't seem to be necessary. Specifically:
trybld, tbirdtry, and (now) b2gtry are on the build masters
ffxbld, tbirdbld, and (now) b2gbld are on the try masters

This seems unnecessary, do we care?
bhearsum: is your secret mgmt work going to tackle masters also?

Actually, I'm resolving this as "meh". Masters are all locked down to the same level, so there's no security benefit to fixing it.
