File->Quit does not work while the Nth (N > 1) browser window is still opening.

To reproduce, start apprunner. Then from the menu, choose File->New Browser Window.

Before the new window user interface controls render, choose File->Quit from the
menu. Nothing happens (the application does not quit).

Actually, I just got this to work fine.  Quit while page was loading with
today's build.

bam - performance and multiple events is gonna ba a little wiggy for about 6
more weeks.  Hang in there!

Moving from Apprunner to Other component temporarily whilst don and I set proper
component.  Apprunner component will be retired/deleted shortly.
