Technically, that looks good to me. Fx 13.0.2 is going to be soon released, so that translation is very welcome, thanks!

Tim, are you ok with the language used? Can I (or you) push that to mozilla.org?

The quality of translation is good, but I noticed wrong word order and capitalization. So I pointed this to the translator and he'll be correcting this soon. Btw, Pascal, how does jamboop apply to be responsible for web part localization into Kazakh? What is the scheme for making anyone else from the team tom be leader for one or another part of Mozilla kk locale (say mail or something)?
