2001041921 trunk linux:

Open preferences -> colors
Choose a background color
Make sure "Use system color" is not checked

Results: background color is not used.
Observed on Linux 2001-04-29-09. I select white as my background color, and
system colors are not used. Regardless of these preferences, the background
color used by Mozilla is grey. To reproduce, check about:blank. This used to
work: adding regression and 4xp keywords.
Keywords: 4xp, regression
This is broken on the trunk build but not the 0.9 branch build. Adding keyword
for 0.9.1. The first build for which this is broken is 2001-04-26-21 Linux
trunk. 2001-04-26-08 Linux trunk does not have this problem, but all subsequent
Linux builds do.
Keywords: mozilla0.9.1
Its a dupe.
