Steps to reproduce:
- I opened UX
- I browsed a little while
- I closed all the tabs (there was one tab left)
Actual results:
The new tab button disappeared...
But when there's more than one tab, the new tab button reappears
And when there's one tab, the new tab button disappears
That happens very randomly.
Expected results:
The new tab button should always stay visible

When I restart firefox, everything is normal again.
And it can happen anytime
