trying to buy an electric shaver on ebay,
Actual results:
got a restriction notice which is way out of date. [ see attachment ]
does not happen on safari
Expected results:
should have been allowed to bid ,or see item

Ebay is doing stupid things with browser detection. See bug 455233 comment 1 for an explanation. As a customer, you should complain to them.
Bug 317875 comment 14 has a workaround.
