768905 - [Akami] Wifi signal will intermittently drop

The wifi signal seems to intermittently drop after being connected for time.  No steps to reliably reproduce. 

STR (as best i can)
1) install 6-27-2012 builds on akami
2) connect to a wifi network 
3) surf around, watch the phone timeout, wake it up, do stuff to the phone.  eventually the wifi will drop and you'll need to reconnect

Actual:
- wifi drops

Expected:
- wifi stays connected

The comment in the patch says it all.

r=gal over my shoulder. He asked me to invert the sense of my if statement such that we have a list of events that we *don't* want to deal with if we're already connected. That's already been done here.
