769091 - [Akami] Screen timeout still shows a hint of mild glow on the screen

It does not look like the Akami screen is fully sleeping when the screen timeout automatically kicks in.  You can still see a hint of soft blue glow from the screen.   This will slowly drain the battery if this isnt fixed.

STR 
1) install 6-27-2012 builds on akami
gecko commit 2be4e380b4fb6ffc71a98c96de2d30cd48eeb8f2

2) turn on the homescreen, and then dont touch the device.  
3) when watching it idle, device will eventually time out the screen and go to sleep. 
4) once the screen is off, verify that there's still a hint of blue glow emitting from the screen.   You may need to tilt the device a bit to see it. 
** If youre still not convinced, force turn on and off the power.  Now compare the screen sleep, and you'll notice its much blacker if automatically powered off.

Actual:
- Screen isnt fully asleep, hint of blue glow

Expected:
- screen is fully asleep.  it's all black.
