769201 - "Group by" doesn't change automatically on custom ranges and leads to "no data available"

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to the attached URL.
2. Make sure that at "group by" the "day" option is selected and at "For last:" the "30-days" option is selected.
2. Select week at the "group by".
3. Select custom range and make it smaller than a week (for example from 2012-05-29 to 2012-05-31).
4 Press update.

What happens:
The week selection doesn't change, also the month and 7-days options, which were disabled, turn to be enabled, and for this valid data range the diagram shows "no data available".

What should happen:

Change the week value to day value and showing the graph normally.

Side Effect: after following the steps above and then hit 7-days statistics then the week value is still selected and the graph remains with "no data available" message.

Similar bug when at the step 2 choose month and the custom range at step 3 is smaller than a month.
