769235 - Create or Edit review, after the error of trying submitting a bigger than 150 characters review, doesn't recognize star rating value.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create or Edit a review of an app.

2. Before Submit it make sure that the review field has more than 150 characters and that you have add a value on rating stars.

3. After submit there is a message telling you about the limit of the 150 characters.

4. Reduce characters on review field to less than 150 and then submit again. Notice that the star rating value doesn't changed at all. 

What happens:
The rating stars field show up uncompleted and with the message "This field is required.". So you have to add a value again at stars rating system for having your review submitted.

What should happen:
It should keep the star rating value and submitted it with the less than 150 characters review.
