76930 - Combine status bar and task bar for all windows

Description

This will create a single bar across the bottom of the window that has the 
buttons for going to the major components of mozilla, the status text, the 
progress meter, lock icon and connection icon.

It would be good if the component icons stayed separately hideable even after
the "taskbar" is zapped.

Would it be possible at the same time to correct everyone's pet peeve with the 
lock icon in relation to the right side of the taskbar having extra ugly space 
on systems that don't have the resize widget there? :)
