This bug report is unclear. What isn't working?
Can you explain what problems you are having with hotkeys?
i'm haven't problems,
i want to access to my tabs with hotkeys, and i'm suggest to Mozilla, for adding this feature

sorry, I misinterpreted.
This feature is already implemented in Mozilla Firefox.
