Netscape 04-19 trunk build
Build: BiDi 04-19 on Win2k Simp. Chinese
Go the pape: http://fr.yahoo.com/ you will see some accent characters are
display as "?" (See attached files compare with Netscape trunk build)
Note: Linux BiDi build works fine with RedHat6.2-Ja though.

This could be a "default encoding" problem.

I chat w/ ylong and look at it again. It seems it is not a bidi issue. She
probably load the page with UTF-8 when she see the problem. We don't know why
she will load it with UTF-8. Could be a seperate issue we need to look at later.
