I'm unable to log on to this slave with the current cltbld nor with any of the old ones.

I'm unable to ssh or VNC into this box.  I wonder if it needs a reboot or a reimage.  Could you guys in DCOps take a look?  If you're unable to log in with the cltbld or Administrator accounts, could you please reimage and reactivate (this is one of the difficult ones that you ahve to do over phone or wireless) instead of just reboot.
