Details
We are going to use 10.130.0.0/16 for EC2 based slaves and they need to access apache at relengweb1.dmz.scl3 to talk to clobberer and tooltool server (at least). Could you add add 10.130.0.0/16 to apache configs, pleas? See also bug 769329

OK, I added this everywhere I saw 10.26.0.0/16 in puppet.
