769396 - Report fallback URL when running fallback updates

The dashboard currently reports the first URL during fallback but not the second URL.

For example, http://mozmill-ondemand.blargon7.com/#/update/report/23e194f1171aa4baf774928b26003cc9

It shows the partial update URL, but not the URL of the complete update that was downloaded following the fallback. Can we have both URLs reported? Not seeing both URLs leads to some confusion for non-QA consumers (like RelEng).

Thinking about this more, maybe we should just show the final URL in the result.

partial -> show the partial mar URL
partial + fallback -> show the complete mar URL

I don't think that we should only store the last patch in our report. It's important to have everything in hand if something fails.

Mozmill is dead, WONTFIX the remaining bugs.
