1. go to http://people.mozilla.com/~nhirata/html_tp/formsninput.html
2. click in the text box to bring up the VKB
3. scroll down and click on the dropdown box while the VKB is still up

Expected: VKB dismisses and Dropdown menu popup appears
Actual: VKB dismisses and nothing else happens
