Hey Pascal!

We're ready to launch the Chinese locale for Firefox & You!

Action items:
1) create https://www.mozilla.org/zh/newsletter that uses preference center (https://www.mozilla.org/zh/newsletter/existing/%%token%%/)
2) add "Chinese" to the list of languages in the drop down menu for newsletter signup in the preference center and footer signup forms.

this is not a valid locale code, it should be either zh-TW, or zh-CN, which variant of Chinese will the newsletter be written in?
