The Content of the CSV file downloaded seems to be chaotic and un organized.
Would you please verify if the contents should be the way they are right now:

Content is correct, it's just line wrapping that's why it looks mixed ;)
Please try opening with something like a spreadsheet creation tool for better inspection.
The Dates and URL are good enhancement ideas. Could you please file a new bug?
