76962 - Title bar on the File `save as` dialog when saving new message is misleading

In mail compose a new message (html compose or plain text compose)
Go to menu item file|saveas->file

Expected: Dlg reading Save Message As in the title bar opens and lets you save 
the message as either text or html.  The UI specs also have the dlg that has the 
title bar stating Save Message As and should match the spec
Actual: Plain compose title bar says-Save Page As
        HTML compose title bar says -Export to Text

However when you are saving an existing mail or the mail that you have already 
received the save as dlg does come up and the title bar has Save Message As.

Unfortunately the RTM build does the same. However considering 4.x behavior 
while saving newly composed message as file(text or html)from the compose window 
the title bar on the save as dlg does say 'Save As..'. The Mail UI spec has the 
Save As dlg title bar as "Save Message As" and it should be changed accordingly.

Note this is only when saving a newly composed message from the compose window.

I did take a second look at it. This bug still exists both on branch and trunk
as well.( 2002-07-02). As a matter of fact it now shows "Export to text" in the
title bar for both html and plain text compose messages. 
If you read the bug description this is not when saving received messages in the
inbox. This is when you compose a NEW message either in plain text or html and
then try to save it. Check the title bar of the save as dialog it is "Export to
text" and should be "Save Message as.."
