769620 - Panning is locked when username field is in focus on Bugzilla and VKB is up

Firefox 14.0b10 (2012-06-28)
Device: Galaxy Nexus
OS: Android 4.0.2

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Fennec
2. Browse to bugzilla.mozilla.org
3. Tap on Log in
4. Tap on username field
5. Pan the page around

Expected result:
Panning is working fine at step 5. 

Actual result:
After step 5, the pan is locked until the VKB is dismissed

Notes:
1. So far I was able to reproduce it just on Galaxy Nexus.

When zoomed in, I can just pan fine.

Basically, there's no bounce back effect because the viewport can't be exceeded when the VKB is up.  I don't think this is really of a concern.

From the video it looks like the bug is actually that the page zooms in when you tap on the username field and the VKB comes up. That shouldn't be happening. The fact that you can't pan when that happens makes me think it's Java and gecko getting out of sync with respect to what the zoom level and page size are.

Are you able to reproduce this on nightly builds as well? It may have been fixed by bug 764467.

I cannot reproduce it on Nightly. The bugzilla webpage looks different than it does on latest Beta build (text inflation is different).
